Lewiston, Maine, headlines tonight's election slate with a contest in state house district 94. The seat was vacated when Democrat Kristen Cloutier resigned to become chief of staff to the Senate president, and Democrats currently hold a narrow 74-72-3 margin in the chamber with two outstanding vacancies.

On the ballot are Democrat Scott Harriman, a Lewiston city councilor seeking to translate his municipal experience into a state legislative seat, and Republican Janet Beaudoin, a longtime community member and school committee member campaigning on a safety and affordability platform.

Polls close at 8pm ET, and results will be reported live as they become available.
